You’ve just landed at Kamuzu International Airport and the last thing you want is to travel many miles out just to find excellent accommodation right? So, why not stop by Latitude 13°? It is nestled in the leafy suburbs of Area 43 on Mphonongo Road. Latitude 13° hotel is 10 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from Kamuzu International Airport. Perfect Location all around!

With the hotel being situated within the grounds of the former Japanese ambassador’s residence just close your eyes and imagine the lush, mature gardens and a private, residential like feel. There are 24 Rooms in total at Latitude 13, including 16 Junior Suites with stairs from a living area to a second-floor bedroom and en-suite (with a mixture of showers and baths). Four larger suites have kitchens and a dining area (two of these have two bedrooms: a double and a twin). All have air-conditioning, satellite television, safes and a garden-facing patio with seating. Most importantly Latitude 13 is also family friendly.
